MEET CHEF HEATHER ALLEN MILLER
Executive Chef Heather Allen Miller has over 35 years of extensive culinary experience. She graduated from the Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in Dixville notch New Hampshire in 1989 in a ACF certified Apprenticeship program. After graduation,Chef moved to Cape Cod to work at Chatham Bars Inn. She was there for approximately a year and a half and fell in love with the Cape. From Chatham the travel bug hit and It was off to Aruba, parts of the Caribbean, New Hampshire, Maryland ,Florida and then Houston, Texas to work for the Houston Country Club. Heather worked for a certified master chef at Houston Country Club. However; she was missing New England. Chef returned to Cape Cod after two years to work at the Regatta of Cotuit, where she worked as the Executive Chef for the next 15 years. In 2007 Heather opened her own restaurant in Mashpee till 2009. Prior to coming to The Cape Club, Heather was the Executive Chef at White Cliffs Country Club in Plymouth Massachusetts for 8 years . In the Spring of 2019, Chef Heather joined the Cape Club of Falmouth as the Banquet Chef and has recently been promoted this past year to the Executive Chef.
